History of Funds

RMR Residential’s Fund Management service has overseen the management of six closed-end, commingled multifamily real estate funds. The two earliest funds, Carroll Co-Invest Fund I, LP and Carroll Co-Invest Fund II, LP have been fully realized. The other four funds are still being actively managed.

Status

Since launching RMR Residential’s Fund Management platform, there have been notable increases in commitment size in the transition from fund to fund, which we believe is a reflection of RMR Residential’s growth, as well as investor demand.
