Our in-house construction and development team has experience overseeing the construction of real estate projects nationwide – handling internal claims work, insurance reconciliation, recommendations, payments, scope design, advisement on BI calculations, and submittals – on ground-up construction of apartment homes, student housing, mixed-use developments, and value-add repositioning of existing properties.
Our in-house design and architectural team has experience identifying value-creation opportunities and translating vision into effective, revenue-enhancing design concepts.
With developments completed in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Tennessee, Texas, Kansas, Alabama, and Louisiana, RMR Residential Construction prides itself on its national scale. We utilize collaborations with architects, engineers, local government officials, and our in-house construction management personnel to manage projects in markets across the U.S.
