Mr. Lopez is a Senior Vice President of The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR) and is Chief Operating Officer of RMR Residential, responsible for residential property operations. He has extensive experience in multi-unit residential, service and hospitality brands, focusing on operational efficiency, talent strategy and customer experience. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating & People Officer at AlerisLife Inc. (Private), a managed client of RMR. Prior to joining AlerisLife in 2022 he held executive and senior leadership roles at Royal Caribbean International, Athleta (Gap Inc.), Starbucks, Joie de Vivre Hospitality, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Mr. Lopez holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.
