A fast-growing Atlanta-based real estate investment and management firm has added nearly 1,600 apartments to its growing hometown collection as the firm aggressively acquires multifamily properties across the Sun Belt.
"Carroll acquired The Cascade at Morgan Falls and The Fountains at Morgan Falls in Sandy Springs, Georgia, in one transaction and The Columns at Bentley Manor in Marietta, Georgia, in another. They were acquired through Carroll Multifamily Venture VI, the firm's latest institutional fund."
