RMR Residential Raises $125.2M for Latest Investment Fund
RMR Residential’s latest funding round, Carroll Multifamily Venture VI LP, continues to grow as the fun begins initial investments.
"RMR Residential has raised $125.2 million for its latest investment vehicle (Carroll Multifamily Venture VI LP), and has already made investments in five properties and committed roughly 10 percent of its equity. It's a follow-up to Venture V, through which the company had raised $56.5 million in 2018."
